Overview

Purpose

This website is planned as a guide to the video game (MMORPG) 'The Elder Scrolls Online'. In this game, there is an almost unlimited amount of options available to build your game character and then improve it. The websites purpose is to give support and a clear guideline by creating a platform where I can share my own and other players experiences and ideas.

Audience

The targeted audience of this website is primarily absolute new players and beginners. But it is open to everyone who is interested in learning more about 'The Elder Scrolls Online' and wants to improve his 'quality-of-gaming' experience.

Heya, and welcome to Shiny's Squad!

I'm a casual gamer (maybe sometimes a bit more than that...) and am enjoying life in the magnificient 'The Elder Scrolls Online' universe. It took me quite some time to get to this point though, so my hope is that I can make this journey somewhat easier and even more enjoyable to you by providing a step by step support guide with this little website.

Here I have some simple builds to start the game, but for your very first steps, look around over here and see what I got for... ;)

Quick Guide

So you just got the game... What's next'?

If you experience any issues with the ESO Launcher, the installation or the game itself, check out the official ESO Help & Support page or the ESO Forum, lots of people already helped solve lots of problems there. You can also seek help in the ESO SubReddit or join our Discord Community.

But let's start now with the actual game: The first step that you will come across is the character creation. Here you choose the name, gender, race and alliance (more on the latter two soon to come) for your character. After that, you get to choose your class (also, more soon to come) and then your looks. Oh, there's a lot to do...
