If you experience any issues with the ESO Launcher, the installation or the game itself, check out the official ESO Help & Support page or the ESO Forum, lots of people already helped solve lots of problems there. But let's start now with the actual game: The first step that you will come across is the character creation. Here you choose the name, gender, alliance and race (more on the latter two soon to come) for your character. After that, you get to choose your class (also, more soon to come) and then your looks. Oh, there's a lot to do...
